Kelsey Rain is excited to be a part of this production: It's one of her favorites. Kelsey has a Master's degree in Theatre and is currently converting her MA into an MFA in Playwriting. She is a debate teacher at Blackfoot High School, but her first love was theatre. She's been in plays and musicals for 17 years. Some of her favorite roles include Mulan, Jasmine in Aladdin, Aida, Mrs. Soames in Our Town the Opera, and now she gets to add Esmeralda. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her amazing supportive husband and their five sweet kids.
Malia is excited to take on the challenging role of Esmeralda. She is originally from Washington state and longs for the stormy Oregon coast. She adores her friends, her 2 kids, and her incredible husband who happily supports her passion for theatre.
Spencer Dahl is extremely grateful & excited for the opportunity to play Captain Phoebus.
While Spencer grew up performing on stage, singing as a soloist and in choirs, his first role in a theatrical production came earlier this year in the role of Gaston. The arts are a way to create, emote and inspire, and are an important piece of any community. Spencer is thrilled to be a part of this experience, & believes that growth comes outside of our comfort zones! He and his wife Anna make up Dahl House Realty and find their joy raising their two children.
Bryant Parrish is excited to be returning to the stage at Palace Theatre as Captain Phoebus in the Hunchback of Notre Dame! Born and raised in Pocatello, Bryant has always loved music and is blessed to come from a family of singers where a night of singing show tunes around the piano was a regular occurrence. He grew up learning to play multiple instruments and has enjoyed singing all his life but only recently has he discovered his love for musical theatre. He is grateful for everyone who makes this possible and hopes to do theatre for the rest of his life!
Jack Johnson is a Pocatello local and an ISU Theatre graduate. He has directed and performed professionally on stages in Pocatello, northern Utah, and New York. He is excited to return to the Palace stage for The Hunchback of Notre Dame!
Burke Knapp is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to return to the Palace Theatre as Clopin.
Burke recently graduated from Idaho State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an Honors Distinction. He is currently enrolled in the MBA program at ISU and anticipates graduating in the spring of 2021.
Some of Burke’s favorite roles at the Palace include Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Eric Swan in Cash on Delivery, and Jack Kelley in Newsies.
Brock is excited to be a part of another performance at the Palace Theatre! Besides the magnetizing affect of acting on stage, some of his other obsessions include the NBA, podcasts, and the awe inspiring show, Survivor! You may have recently seen Brock at the Palace in 9 to 5 as Franklin Hart or Beauty and the Beast as the Beast, and he is delighted to hit the stage again in The Hunchback of Notre Dame as the young one with beauty and charm, Jehan.
Dassia is so excited to bring joy to her community through The Palace Theatre. She loves musicals and, it doesn’t matter what role, being a part of them is always a blast. As a mother of three, Dassia would like her sons to see her do something she loves and can be proud of.
