Jenna Davies

Director/Choreography

Jenna grew up in the dance world and started doing theatre her senior year of high school. She has traveled and worked internationally as a professional dancer/latin dancer. She attended ISU School of Performing Arts emphasis in acting. Although she is usually on stage she recently has started directing and loves every second of it! Her favorite stage roles are Wednesday/Morticia Addams, Diana from Next to Normal, and Little Red. She recently took over ownership of the theatre in November with her sweetheart Chad. They just celebrated the birth of their daughter, Scout, in June.

Emily Gibson

Her love for performing and theatre started at a young age which has given her a passion, not just for theatre, but for working with the youth in theatre. Her love of this work has also been inspired by the magic that goes into it. From lighting, scenic, props, costumes and  the entirety of putting up a show that creates the ability for an audience to get lost in the adventures is something that is utterly inexplicable and addictive to Emily. Although being onstage is where she wants to be, she enjoys a variety of technical theatre aspects as well. She has been a professional props master and scenic paint charge for the past couple of years. She also dabbled in scenic and costume design. She is excited to now move onto another part of theatre as day manager of the Palace. She loves the Palace Theatre and the experiences she has had here over the years. She looks forward to helping bring the magic of theatre to the community of Pocatello and Chubbuck.

Elissa is thrilled to be collaborating with her favorite music partner-in-crime Jason Bartosic for this magnificent show. She has performed with ISU Theater, OTAS and Palace Playhouse, and daily entertains (or attempts to teach) choir students at CHS. Elissa is a passionate fan of J.S. Bach, chocolate, Doritos, and new running shoes. She also is an avid supporter of all diverse and fascinating activities of Jessica, Aubrey, Alex and Gareth and adores the rarified moments she spends with her biggest supporter and favorite human, Peter.

Enjoying his eighth year as an Idahoan, this transplant from Florida has been working in showbiz for twenty-five years: music directing, directing, and acting in both professional, semi-professional, and community houses. Jason was the honored recipient of the City of Pocatello Arts Council’s 2019 Outstanding Performance Artist Award. He is proud to be working on this project alongside his musical partner-in-crime, Elissa Jones, as well as all the great talent here in the communities of Pocatello and Chubbuck. When not directing/music directing for the Palace or the Old Town Actors Studio, Jason enjoys hiking, gaming, spending time with friends, and going on adventures with his handful of a Heeler, Greta.
